Top questions

Is DriveHub free to use?
Yes. Browsing, listing vehicles, and contacting sellers via WhatsApp are free during soft launch in Malaysia.
How are listings verified?
Every listing is reviewed by our admin team. Sellers must upload at least one of: vehicle grant, registration card, dealership license, or rental business license before approval.
How do I contact a seller?
Use the green WhatsApp button on any listing. Your number is never shared until you message them. Calls are also supported where the seller has provided a phone number.
Can I list a vehicle for rent?
Yes. Choose 'Rent' as the listing mode when creating a vehicle. A rental business license is required for approval.
How does DriveHub Assist work?
Assist providers offer roadside services like towing, jump starts, tyre replacement, fuel delivery, and EV-specific help. Listings show live distance, ETA, coverage radius, and 24/7 availability.
Are EV listings supported?
Yes. Filter for Electric or Hybrid on the Vehicles page, browse the dedicated EV hub, or look for the EV Ready badge on services and parts.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments happen directly between buyer and seller — DriveHub does not hold funds. We recommend in-person inspection and bank transfer or trusted escrow for high-value purchases.
I think a listing is fraudulent. What do I do?
Use the Report button on the listing or message support immediately. We remove suspect listings within hours and may ban repeat offenders. See our Fraud Prevention Policy for details.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are between buyer and seller. DriveHub will mediate disputes where the listing breached our Seller Policy. See the Refund and Dispute Policy.
Which states do you cover?
Soft launch covers Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor, Sabah, and Sarawak. More states unlock progressively.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@drivehub.my from the address linked to your account. We process deletions within 7 business days, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Do you have an app?
DriveHub is a mobile-optimised website that works on iOS and Android browsers. A native app is on the roadmap.
